Booking information
The apartments/rooms are booked for the specified number of people; additional guests can be included only with telephone or written agreement, and will be calculated at an extra cost.
Reservation/deposit
The reservation is binding as soon as this has been confirmed in writing. We also request a free-of-charge deposit on our bank account at the Raiffeisenbank Ried.

Cancellation conditions
Our cancellation conditions are based on Austrian hotel regulations.
Check-in
You can move in to the apartments and rooms from 14.00.
Check-out
We ask that you clear the apartment/room by 10.00 on the day of departure.
In the case of earlier arrivals or later departures, there is the option to leave your luggage with us.
Grander Water in our Apartments
The GRANDER® Water Revitalisation is based on the principle of information transfer, and by natural means, transforms water to a very high, stable and biologically valuable quality.
Payment
We do not accept EC or credit cards, cash only please.
Your accommodation costs are payable in cash on the day before your departure date.
Bread service
You can order bread rolls on the previous day up to 17:00. The bread rolls will be supplied by our baker, straight from the oven.
Breakfast buffet
Daily from 07:30 - 09:30. The breakfast buffet is included in the room price and can be booked for apartment guests too at an extra cost of Euro 8.00 per person and day.
Pets
Pets only upon request. Cleaning costs per day: EUR 8.- (without food). Any extra cleaning will be invoiced in addition.
Children´s accessories
Our small guests should also feel very IMPORTANT here. In the summer, the little ones can run riot in our garden (swings, slides, trampoline). We also provide cots and high-chairs free of charge.
Parking
We provide on-site parking. Garage places (fee applies).
Non-smoker areas
Please note that our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers can use our terrace, the garden and the balconies.
